The first workshop of 2010 was run in Belfast on Saturday the 27th of March. Micheal O’Shea would like to thank all who put in the effort to attend, and Micheal hopes you took something from the workshop modules which will empower you on your journey to be the verbal communicator that you want to be.

The next workshop is on Saturday the 29th of May venue the Ashling Hotel, Parkgate Street, Dublin, start 9.30am finish 5pm.
All workshop modules are designed to compliment your tools and techniques as well as challenging your thinking regarding your own recovery.
